N'Shama Sterling

N’Shama is a long-time advocate for the value of the Enneagram both as a tool for personal growth and spiritual transformation, and is a certified teacher through the Trifold School for Enneagram Studies. She is currently studying with Sandra Maitri’s International Retreat Group to deepen her own understanding of the Enneagram as a gateway to the essential self; she is also engaged in on-going studies related to spiritual guidance and alchemy with Thomas Atum O’Kane, focusing on the unfolding of one’s spiritual dimensions as part of the journey of the soul.

N’Shama has been involved with Sufism and the Dances of Universal Peace since 1976. As a certified leader of the Dances of Universal Peace, she has been leading Dance circles and workshops since 1988. She brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her consulting work of personal and organizational transformation. Her passion, helping groups and individuals reflect on their patterns of behavior and thinking, maximizes personal and group effectiveness. She approaches her work through investigating organizational and individual behavioral patterns using systemic thinking and the Enneagram, a personality typology.

N’Shama has a particular aptitude for connecting disciplines to create opportunities for new insights and discoveries, and is skilled in dance, music, and vocal expression as an adjunct to learning. Her holistic approach, wisdom, and intuition support others in deepening their own learning and transformation. She brings a joyful heart to exploring ways to foster the living presence of The Divine Fool in our world
